Dr. Emmanuel C. Onyeozili is a tenured full Professor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History; a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration; and a Ph.D. in Criminology from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida.
