Dr. Korni Swaroop Kumar is Chairperson in the Department of Criminal Justice, The College at Brockport (SUNY). He holds a M.S.W./M.A. degrees and a Ph.D. in Sociology from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. He was awarded by the Dr. Nuala McGann Drescher Affirmative Action Leave for Fall – 98; and “President’s Award for Excellence in Research and Creative Endeavors – 1998.”
